When I Am God

This album has become my new little obsession. I wish I was good at writing music reviews, but I’m not, and I could never do this album justice with words of praise anyway. So, no review, just a recommendation. This album is epic in every sense of the word. It kind of chronicles the ongoing war between good and evil. The album plays out like a play, like an opera or something that tells a story, sort of. It’s not just a collection of songs they wrote, it’s one whole work of art. Anyways, I said I wasn’t going to write a review, but here’s links to all the tracks:

Vices Like Vipers*
I Will Welcome the Reaping
We Are the Archers
Charlatan’s Host
The Siren’s Song*
The Color Theft*
To Flagship*
His Name Was Bishop
Building the Nations*
Revelations in the Calm
The End of a Dark Campaign*

Asterisks (*) denote particular favorites of mine.

Enjoy! Or not, if you’re lame. :p
